As of today we’ll be including a new tool in all our printer orders, as well as providing it here online for everyone. We created a DLP Projector Calibration Assistant that can be printed on your home printer to help you in sizing and focusing your projector for 3D printing. If you follow the instructions below you can print yourself a perfectly scaled set of rectangles that will make it super easy to adjust your projector. Simply print the Calibration Assistant, place in your reservoir, and adjust to the wanted X/Y resolution. We’ve included settings for 50, 75, and 100 micron!
- Install AutoDesk DWG TrueView
- Download the DWG file from us
- Print/Plot the DWG file from DWG TrueView using the settings shown below, this ensures proper scale
